| The condition that
make taxes both exasperating and challenging is that they are always
changing. We try to keep our clients up to date with the annual
revisions of our tax laws and regulations. At West and Talbert, we
have almost fifty years of experience in preparing virtually all
types of returns including individual, partnership, corporations,
and trusts. It is unfortunate that taxes are not something that we can pay attention to only in the spring of each year. Tax planning needs to be carried on throughout the year and we need to be prepared to modify our plans and strategies as situations and/or laws change.
